Join Amanda Yoga for five-week course exploring the Chinese Elements through the practice of Yin Yoga. The Elemental Cycle, at the heart of Chinese medicine, is a cycle of phases, of movement. Water-Wood-Fire-Earth-Metal. Elemental Yin Yoga is a practice of physical stillness, of reflection, awareness and acceptance of who we really are.
