A yogini from down under Australia, Brittany fell in love with Yoga 5 years ago. Her background in classical ballet has encouraged her to maintain and explore body awareness throughout her life. Yoga was a means to connect to herself during her healing journey in recovery from an Eating Disorder. She believes that yoga is an internal practice of patience and self-love which grows on and off the mat. Brittany completed her 200 hr training in Indian and an additional 85 hrs Pre/Post natal Training with Sally Parkes, as well as being a Certified Personal trainer and a Reiki Practitioner. Her classes are a fusion of traditional yoga practices and modern creative flows. You can expect a light energy, some humour and a calm uplifting playlist.
