Sandy Joy Rubin loves to share the joy and health that come with movement with her students. She became a Pilates teacher in 2011 (completing her 950 hrs teaching training through TPC in Boulder). During her Pilates journey Sandy discovered her love for yoga and it’s spiritual elements and dived deep into her own yoga self practice and meditation. She continued on to attain her RYS 200 Yoga Teacher Training and AcroYoga teacher training.
She believes that movement can bring us back to health and happiness and her mission is to share this passion with those around her. Sandy is also a qualified Thai Yoga Massage therapist and uses this as another tool to help people find balance and joy.
