200 HOUR / LEVEL 1  DUBAI YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

ARE YOU READY TO BECOME A CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHER, EMBARK ON A REWARDING JOURNEY, POSSES THE ABILITY TO WORK ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD AND BEGIN LIVING A HEALTHIER LIFE SHARING THE GIFTS OF YOGA WITH OTHERS?

In this 23 day Yoga Alliance Internationally Registered Teacher Training designed and presented by Senior Yoga Teacher Trainer, Erica Blitz, director of Inquire + Inspire Yoga School, you'll learn how to teach the dynamic and creative flow of Vinyasa, the astuteness of Ashtanga, and the life-affirming essence of Anusara.

Grounded in a supportive, warm and inviting space, you - as a trainee - will go through invigorating and mindful movements that build physical strength and flexibility, reduce stress and quiet the mind. Defined as vinyasa krama — a step-by-step approach — sequencing classes this way with a focus on breath, physical alignment, and dynamic flow, creates an inspiring moving meditation that is simultaneously fun, challenging (yet accessible) and calming leaving you energized and centered long after you’ve left your yoga mat.

You'll also get to delve deeper into all aspects of yoga (meditation, pranayama, Ayurveda, subtle anatomy, anatomy, sequencing, yoga history, ethics, philosophy, the business of yoga) and a strong break down of alignment in all asanas: Standing Poses, Balancing Poses, Inversions, Backbends, Hip Openers, Seated Poses and Reclined Poses.

Throughout the training, you will be encouraged and inspired to gain the skills necessary to go into some of the more advanced backbends, inversions, arm balances and eventually lift off the ground with ease while finding confidence, grace and nourishment in your practice by freeing up your mind, spine, hips, and heart. You'll also build power in the upper body and core, deeper mobility in the spine and flexibility in the hips.

Specialty areas of teaching such as restorative, 90 minute Hatha sequences, yoga for beginners, prenatal, pranayama and ayurveda is also included. Knowledge in these areas can be extremely helpful, especially in large classes that tend to include all types of people including high stressed individuals and new students while expanding your clientele base and giving you the confidence to adapt your teachings accordingly.

The philosophy component of the program focuses on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras through a combination of in-class discussions and homework, exploring the fascinating history of yoga and how to be able to apply concepts pertaining to the origin and philosophical underpinnings of Yoga into your class.

Erica's highly praised training returns for the fifth time to Dubai by exceptional feedback from our graduates and we would love to have you be part of this remarkable journey! The vast array of talents and interests she embodies constantly swirls around yoga.
