Amanda Cunliffe - Smith
Amanda's passion lies in enabling others to take full responsibility for their own life, happiness and health. She uses yoga/movement and meditation to help encourage students to be truly in their own bodies, believing that this essence of embodiment is where our real happiness lies. After beginning her health career as a Personal Trainer, Amanda became fascinated, and still is, with a health and mind connection. Making the transition into Yoga teaching over 5 years ago was a very natural progression for Amanda, and she has never looked back.
