We take a look at some of the best yoga teachers in Dubai.

I went to my first yoga class in my mid teens and I kept going back because it felt good. It felt good to move, it felt good to spend time on my Self, to step out of my narrative into the space that yoga offers, it felt REALLY good laying down in relaxation at the end of class. Since those early days in my local community hall yoga has consistently provided me with a nourishing space to bring me back into balance from whatever pressures life puts on my body and mind. I am now blessed to be able to share this with others.I completed my 18 month teacher training with Yogacampus, London, choosing them for their rigorous curriculum and their approach of simultaneously looking to the traditions of yoga whilst refining the practice for the futu...

Amanda's passion lies in enabling others to take full responsibility for their own life, happiness and health. She uses yoga/movement and meditation to help encourage students to be truly in their own bodies, believing that this essence of embodiment is where our real happiness lies. After beginning her health career as a Personal Trainer, Amanda became fascinated, and still is, with a health and mind connection. Making the transition into Yoga teaching over 5 years ago was a very natural progression for Amanda, and she has never looked back.

This was a time for growth, constant learning and transformation - her love of yoga, teaching and practice evolved. Joanne’s style of teaching is strongly connected to the Brahmani Style Vinyasa Flow - a light, creative and fun sequence, which allows the body to feel free and the mind to remain present. Her...

Having spent over a decade in the UAE as a brand specialist, I qualified as a Yoga teacher when conventional medicine failed to help with a myriad of serious health issues.

I originally gravitated to yoga for the physical practice but soon came realise embracing the philosophical and spiritual dimensions helped me tune in to my body’s needs, without judgment, and helped quiet my mind.

Yoga brings strength, flexibility, balance, and breath, rather than focusing solely on appearance. I am now a firm believer that perfect body is the one you are content living in right now. We should always strive to be as healthy as possible but until we accept our...

RYT 200hr YogaWorks teacher, Ekaterina pays respect to the Moon's cycles in yoga practice, thus calling her style Lunar flow. The Moon is a manifestation of the divine feminine force in nature, no wonder women in particular resonate with it greatly. While the aim of hatha yoga is to balance lunar and solar energies within us, in the quest for physical fitness asana practice often emphasizes sun salutations and heating elements, stimulating our active, solar side. On a large scale society too encourages more masculine impulses, leaving our gentle lunar, feminine part subdued. Regardless of your gender. Ekaterina helps her students to take their yoga practice to a new level, enhance the quality of life and t...
